When getting started, no one know who you are, what you do or what you can bring them. If you create a product, why would anyone buy it ? Instead, start by creating a platform. Choose your topic, and start bringing value by teaching what you just learned, especially as a beginner. For me, that is going to be about full-stack development with Rust and Elm.
